IN THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC THE FRUIT REMAINS PERFECTLY CLEAN WITHOUT THE USE OF FUNGICIDES, AND THE SKIN TURNS A CANARY YELLOW COLOR. THIS IS DUE TO THE TROPICAL YET ARID CONDITIONS OF THEIR MANGO GROWING REGIONS. THE FRUIT RIPENS FROM JUNE TO JULY.
